Meet The Host and Creator of The Cook Book
Education Entreprenuer & Motivational Speaker
Dupé Aleru is an education entrepreneur, content developer, author, motivational speaker, and host.
After four years of teaching elementary school, she took a job as the Direction of Education Services for The Beverly Hills Courier, and built the education section of the newspaper from the ground up, in less than one year.
Now she owns Tutors for Tots, Tweens & Teens LLC, one of Southern California’s elite educational companies. Along the way she became a popular sought-after content developer, developing her companies web series The Cook Book, its spin-off program The Cook Book Nutrition Course, and a goal setting mentoring program called SCALE High that teaches middle and high school students how to set goals in the areas of school, career and life. Her programs are currently implemented and funded within Long Beach city programs and Long Beach Unified School District.
Dupé also hosts a morning motivation show on Periscope, a way of providing morning inspiration to her audience by discussing topics around business and personal development, and giving her perspective based on 16 years of building businesses and finding her purpose along the way.
Dupé is also an up and coming motivational speaker, delivering keynotes at local business events and creating motivational videos that can be viewed on her YouTube channel.
Dupé is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach, where she received a B.A. in Sociology and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. Aleru is also a graduate of the University of La Verne, where she received a M.S. in Educational Counseling and a Pupil Personnel Services Credential.
