Meet The Host and Creator of The Cook Book
Education Entreprenuer & Motivational Speaker
Dupé Aleru is an education entrepreneur, content developer, author, motivational speaker, and host.
After four years of teaching elementary school, she took a job as the Direction of Education Services for The Beverly Hills Courier, and built the education section of the newspaper from the ground up, in less than one year.
Now she owns Tutors for Tots, Tweens & Teens LLC, one of Southern California’s elite educational companies. Along the way she became a popular sought-after content developer, developing her companies web series The Cook Book, its spin-off program The Cook Book Nutrition Course, and a goal setting mentoring program called SCALE High that teaches middle and high school students how to set goals in the areas of school, career and life. Her programs are currently implemented and funded within Long Beach city programs and Long Beach Unified School District.
Dupé also hosts a morning motivation show on Periscope, a way of providing morning inspiration to her audience by discussing topics around business and personal development, and giving her perspective based on 16 years of building businesses and finding her purpose along the way.
Dupé is also an up and coming motivational speaker, delivering keynotes at local business events and creating motivational videos that can be viewed on her YouTube channel.
Dupé is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach, where she received a B.A. in Sociology and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. Aleru is also a graduate of the University of La Verne, where she received a M.S. in Educational Counseling and a Pupil Personnel Services Credential.

Chantal Jura, B.S. CLEC
Clinical Nutritionist & Lactation Counselor
Chantal is a clinical nutritionist and lactation counselor specializing in perinatal and pediatric nutrition. She offers a wide variety of specialized counseling services for families from preconception through preschool through evidence-based nutritional therapy and lactation education. Her expertise stem from a unique combination and background in both clinical and integrative healthcare.
Chantal has extensive experience in supporting families in both Canada and in the United States. With an emphasis on prevention, awareness and guidance, Chantal has a passion for educating families. She has published articles in various media outlets related to maternal child health and has also co-authored the ebook, Feeding Yourself Right to Feed Baby: A Complete Holistic Guide for Breastfeeding Nutrition (2014).
Chantal is a Certified Lactation Educator Counselor from the University of California, San Diego. She received her B.S. in Nutrition from the Edison Institute of Nutrition, Markham, Ontario.
Chantal is certified by the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants (IONC) as well as a Ligue La Leche Leader (Québec). She has served on various Boards in the non-profit sector, Mouvement Allaitement du Québec and Allaitement Québec.
